Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $250. Orders under $250 will incur a flat rate of $49. We're currently reviewing our shipping options and will finalise standard shipping rates in the coming months.
Local Delivery (North Sydney area)
Local delivery is available within a 5km radius of North Sydney. To arrange local delivery, contact us at gemthebrand.au@gmail.com with your order number.
Prima Series — Custom Orders
Our Prima series is fully personalised and made to order. As each piece is custom-made for you, we're unable to offer a change of mind, return, or exchange once your order is confirmed.
If your Prima piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us at gemthebrand.au@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to offer a repair solution.
Returns — Icon & Aura Series
For our Icon and Aura series, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in resalable condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging).
- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, estimated at approximately $50.
- A one-time processing fee of $30 applies to all approved returns.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it's in resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 1 week.
